Please read these terms carefully before using our pet grooming services or website.
User Agreement
By accessing or using the Pet Grooming Palace website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
Grooming Policies
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on required vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP/Bordetella) prior to receiving services. Proof must be provided upon request.
Behavioral Issues: We prioritize safety. If your pet exhibits severe aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to safely stop the grooming process. You will be charged only for the services completed.
Liability & Emergencies
In the rare event of a medical emergency during the grooming process, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we are authorized to seek veterinary care at your expense.
Pet Grooming Palace is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, sensitive skin, warts, moles, or prior injuries that may be aggravated during grooming.
