Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our groomers' schedules. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any penalty, and any advance payments will be fully refunded or credited to your account.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or "no-shows" when the groomer arrives at your location, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the grooming service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the service was not rendered as promised due to groomer error or unavailability, a full or partial refund will be initiated.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
Incomplete Services
If a grooming session cannot be completed due to the pet's severe aggression, health issues discovered during grooming, or unsafe environments, you will only be charged for the portion of the service completed, or a minimum call-out fee.
