Service Delivery (No Physical Goods)
Pet Grooming Palace is a service-based platform providing at-home pet grooming. As such, no physical goods or products are shipped or delivered to our customers via traditional courier or postal services.
"Shipping and Delivery" in the context of our business refers to the timely arrival of our professional groomers at your provided service address.
Service Area & Scheduling
We currently operate within specific serviceable cities and pin codes. You can verify if we service your area during the booking process by entering your address or checking our city list.
Services are scheduled based on the date and time slot selected by you during the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your booking is confirmed.
Groomer Arrival
Our groomers strive to arrive promptly at the beginning of your scheduled time slot. However, due to traffic, weather, or delays in previous appointments, please allow a grace period of 30-45 minutes.
If the groomer is delayed beyond this window, our support team or the groomer will contact you proactively to provide an updated ETA or offer to reschedule without penalty.
